The policy of personal data of the institution is based on these concepts
Visiting this website does not imply that the user is obliged to provide any information about yourself. In the event that the user provides any personal information, the data collected on this website will be used for the purpose, in the manner and with the limitations and rights contained in the Organic Law 15/1999, of Protection of Data personnel within the framework of the Spanish legislation. The data provided by users will be stored in the personal files of the University who is responsible, where they will be preserved.

The University may retain their data after the relationship with the user completed to fulfill legal obligations and the user is authorized to use the personal data of the same and to make them available computer processing necessary for the provision of each service requested, and reserves the right to terminate all data belonging to users that do not meet the criteria of "activity" that may be required in the Additional Terms for each service provided.

In the event that the data collected is used for a different purpose for which it was collected or collected the consent of those concerned are required.

The University has adopted the technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and data integrity measures and to prevent alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.

Users who provide their personal data give their express consent order to be submitted for use within the University for the proper provision of the requested service.

At the time of initiating the collection of data, the voluntary or compulsory nature of the data being collected will be indicated. The refusal to provide classified as compulsory will not be provided or inability to access the service for which they were requested.
