01/01/2024 Estudia de la ciencia de los alimentos aplicada a la nutrición. En esta línea de investigación se estudia la composición de los alimentos y sus efecto sobre la salud. Así mismo, se desarrollan productos híbridos en conjunto con otros grupos de investigación y finalmente se estudia la interacción entre microbioma salud y alimentación.
